Shah Rukh Khan’s Jab Harry Met Sejal Will Not Clash With Akshay Kumar’s Toilet-Ek Prem Katha
Shah Rukh Khan has brought forward the release of Jab Harry Met Sejal to avoid a clash with Akshay Kumar’s Toilet-Ek Prem Katha
August 11 was all set to see a clash of the titans at the box-office. Both Shah Rukh Khan-Anushka Sharma starrer Jab Harry Met Sejal and Akshay Kumar’s Toilet-Ek Prem Katha were set to release on that date.
Now Shah Rukh has decided not to clash with Akshay. Jab Harry Met Sejal will now hit theatres a week before, on August 4. Taran Adarsh took to Twitter to announce the same.
So now Jab Harry Met Sejal will have the big weekend of Raksha Bandhan (August 7) and also move on to the second weekend with another public holiday, Independence Day (August 15).
After a guessing game which lasted for many months, Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma have finally announced that their next film is called Jab Harry Met Sejal.
While Jab Harry Met Sejal is a romantic film, shot in the scenic locales of Europe, Toilet-Ek Prem Katha is set in rural India and stars Bhumi Pednekar opposite Akshay Kumar.
